The Edge uses a power monitor (Satec BFM136) to measure the energy that is consumed. We now made this data publicly available at Pachube: http://www.pachube.com/feeds/8912. Pachube is a service that allows people to share sensor information and create the “Internet of things”.

At the start of May we conducted a well-attended 2-day workshop titled “Making things sense: Urban sensing and physical computing”.
