There has been some interest recently about forming a group for doco filmmakers to network, share ideas etc here at The Edge. I guess this became more apparent on Saturday at The Edge’s 2nd Birthday with quite a few people mentioning that they wanted to network with other filmmakers. I then had a think about this over the weekend and have decided to create a ’Meet-up’ group. I have selected the time of 6pm on Thursday March 29th at the Edge.
Obviously the group is in it’s infancy (I just created it today), so I would appreciate feedback on how the group should operate. I know there are many movie appreciation groups but not that many filmmaking groups in Brisbane – so here goes.
