Mushroom Madness

There is a lot more to fungi than mushrooms and there a lot more you can do with them besides making soup. Mycelium — the roots of a fungus that you never usually see — can be used as a sort of living cement, turning sawdust or coffee grounds into objects that are light, white, sturdy and biodegradable.
